c) Usage and Log Data

We automatically collect information about how you use QubotAi, including pages visited, features used, bot training activity, and API calls made. We also collect standard server log data such as IP addresses, browser type, and referring URLs.

d) Chat Conversation Data

Every conversation your deployed chatbot has with your website visitors is stored in our database. This includes visitor messages and bot responses. You can view, export, and delete this data at any time from your dashboard.
