Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using QubotAi. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of QubotAi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

QubotAi is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create AI-powered chatbots trained on their own content. Features include website scraping, document upload, bot training, widget embedding, and analytics. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have selected.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access QubotAi. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at takshaktiwari@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QubotAi only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to:

  • Create bots that spread misinformation, hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
  • Scrape websites that you do not own or do not have explicit permission to scrape
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or exploit any part of the platform
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the API beyond normal usage
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscription and Billing

QubotAi offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan selected. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize QubotAi to charge your chosen payment method.

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the new plan rate at the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

QubotAi and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QubotAi and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QubotAi.

The content you upload, train on, or create through our platform remains your property. By using QubotAi, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QubotAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to QubotAi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

QubotAi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing content before deploying bots in production.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the reputation of our service. Upon termination, your right to use QubotAi ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of QubotAi after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
