At QubotAi, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a paid plan. By completing a payment you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms below.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a monthly plan, you gain immediate access to the full features of that plan for the entire billing period. Because the service is delivered immediately and in full, we do not issue refunds for unused days or a change of mind after payment is made.

2. Annual Subscriptions

If you have purchased an annual plan and wish to cancel within 7 days of the initial payment — and have not made significant use of the service (defined as fewer than 500 exchanges and no active embedded bots) — you may request a full refund. Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund. Access will continue until the end of the paid annual period.

3. Plan Upgrades

Payments made to upgrade from one plan to another are non-refundable. If you upgrade mid-cycle, your new plan takes effect immediately and no credit is issued for the remaining days on your previous plan.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We will consider refund requests in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
  • Prolonged service outage: If QubotAi experiences a verified platform-wide outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours during your active billing period, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected days.
  • Unauthorized transaction: If a payment was made without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, process a full refund.

All exceptional refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of QubotAi.

5. Free Plan

The free plan has no associated charges. No refund requests are applicable.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at takshaktiwari@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of payment and the amount paid
  • A brief reason for the request
  • Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days after approval. QubotAi is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

8. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of the current period. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the paid billing period. To request a refund in addition to cancellation, you must follow the process described in Section 6.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of QubotAi after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
